This has to be the ONLY reason we haven't seen these homeless individuals get pulled off our streets and
forced into shelters! Our pinheaded socialist bureaucrats would rather keep them around as untraceable
"Emergency votes" to guarantee they maintain power in the state! It's also easy to hand off voter registrations and ballots to a population that's mentally ill and is incapable of thinking for themselves. The more
"retarded" they are the easier they are to persuade, add schizophrenia or various hard drug abuse and you might as well have a vegetable that could scribble out a box!
And if you retaliate against said homeless individuals, even if they are committing a crime, they would be considered a protected class; whose sole purpose is to keep your crooked officials in power! They can't lose a name, that can breathe and has a junked car/street/bench/pavilion/forest etc. attached to them!
