If you've been denied for a permit to acquire, try apply again. Recent SCOTUS ruling states the state cannot deny you based on Pakalolo.

This is a huge win for people with chronic conditions who don't trust Big Pharma

A major part of anti-cannabis propaganda comes from companies who want to sell expensive drugs with crippling side effects

Much of cannabis industry is also putting out chemically tainted products, which is why so many people who are proactively managing their symptoms prefer to grow their own.

So in other words she thinks her job is too difficult and it would be easier if she could just make up the rulings based solely on her personal opinions.

If the intent of her appointment was to undermine the credibility of the judiciary, then she's the gift that keeps on giving.
