3rd Circuit Court: NJ AWB overturned
« on: July 18, 2026, 02:36:01 AM »
in Cheeseman v. Davenport lawsuit, the full 3rd Circuit ruled that NJ ban on semi-auto's is unconstitutional.  Applies to ENTIRE CLASS of semi-auto rifles that NJ tried to ban.  Applies to Delaware, NJ, and PA.  Unfortunately, not applicable to The Aloha State, where the Spirit of Aloha and rabid TDS reigns supreme.   :'(

looks like the NJ anti-gunners will appeal the ruling, so the decision is "stayed", i.e. no celebration just yet, infringements are to remain in place.  It just got punted to the Supreme Court, and pending that outcome.

NJ has nothing to lose in doing this, and it delays people's ability to buy rifles by a year or two.
