I tried researching more about tulsi's brother.  His history, jobs held, when married, how long, etc.

Interesting he got kicked out of his house by his wife, gave away his car, id, has no money, living in the streets.

Somehow, he procured a hotel room and had cash to give to children as he tried to lure them to his hotel room.

Almost every family has a "black sheep" or two.  In various ways and circumstances.
