  This looks interesting, in the promo the actor specifically scolds somebody for putting their hand on the front dust cover. This may be technically legal to own in HI.

If you like that you might look at the Mechtech Pistol Conversion Units which use your existing pistol lower (tons of brands supported Glock, 1911, etc).  They're an accessory so you can have them shipped to your door.  They've got an excellent reputation and have been around for forever.  Best of all you already have the magazines because you already own the pistol.
