I'm seriously questioning the reading comprehension of some of those commentors.

Many thanks for posting this macsak.

Whoa - getting a Covid tyranny flashback here - they demanded face masks in parks and beaches, and now the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution of the United States is somehow voided in those places too.

I wonder, what tiny muscles are at work in their heads to produce these legal ejaculations?

Same with the restaurants: It's not the imbibing of alcohol on the part of the CCW license holder - oh no, but rather the existence of alcohol bottles on the premises which gives rise to a constitutional limitation of the 2A.

Curious.  Seems motivated by factors outside the sphere of rational thought.

Well, anyway, one saving grace is that we are talking about concealed carry here.

... and, saving you the trouble macsak,

"No one does anything illegal here."

Damn straight!

Damn was nice to fish in West side without needing to worry about getting mugged or robbed.  Anyone know if there is some grey area if i'm "in the water" and not "on the beach".  If I'm fishing near my truck can I keep my gun in locked container while in sensitive place?

Actually in all seriousness, the prohibition is with respect to carrying the weapon (concealed of course) in these “sensitive” places, as you may hurt their feelings or something.

It is legal for a person with a license for civilian concealed carry to transport the weapon with them anywhere (unlike the restrictions of just to and from range, etc. if you don’t have such a license).

So as long as it is properly stored, I.e. in a lockbox in your truck, it should be perfectly legal to do so in a “sensitive” place.  In fact you have to secure it that way when you enter such special zones, as you can’t leave your weapon unsecured.

There are those here who are much better versed than I, and if I’ve misspoken on the matter they have no problem making me look stupid - I do most of the work for them anyway

Thanks, I was disappointed to see a big dog recommendation from our 2a community but your information is actually useful.  I have a 100lb pitbull and she is a harmless teddy bear.

I wonder how a person will feel if a loved one was severely injured or killed because he had his gun locked up in their vehicle while in these "sensitive" places.

I wonder how many people value their life and the lives of their loved ones over the stupid laws enacted by anti-2nd amendment politicians.

These politicians still don't realize that criminals do not follow the law.

Yes, very well and compactly said - the reality is bare - call it what it is.

When evil men make what is unlawful, into a law, in pursuit of their unlawful and destructive aims, a man has two choices:  Obey and suffer the injury to his body and soul, or recognize them for what they are - mortal enemies - disobey energetically, and turn on them, not stopping until they are ... eliminated.

Such evil people kill others all over this country, every day, everywhere they are given control .  AS A MATTER OF POLICY they do this, as if it is lawful.  There are infinite such examples, right here in Hawaii.

Can you say "Sanctuary City?"

Since it is so - and no wishful thinking or pragmatic compromising will make any difference, make your choice, because you never want to be in this place:

"I wonder how a person will feel if a loved one was severely injured or killed because he had his gun locked up in their vehicle while in these "sensitive" places."

P.S. No one does anything unlawful here.

Suzanna Gracia Hupp.

Locked up her gun she usually carries in her purse.  It was the law.

Gunman went on a killing spree in that cafe.  Her father rushed the gunman and got shot.  Her mother died at her husband's side, trying to comfort him as he lay dying.

One can only imagine what this daughter is going through.  Regret doesn't even begin to describe it.

A great American.

Here is her testimony before congress - it's for the ages, and cannot be seen too many times:

Speaking of Which

President Donald Trump’s border czar Thursday blasted Gov. Gavin Newsom and the state of California over the death of a 68-year-old Bay Area man allegedly butchered by an illegal immigrant in front of his home.

Tom Homan said on “Fox & Friends” that the elderly Martinez man’s suspected murder wouldn’t have happened if not for politics.

“It’s just politics, a sanctuary jurisdiction. Over a decade, I can think of the hundreds of cases like this that happened. It’s just one case after another after another,” Homan said of California’s “sanctuary city” designation.

“This person’s dead because Governor Newsom and the state of California puts politics — hatred of President Trump — over public safety,” Homan added.

The alleged killer, illegal Venezuelan immigrant Marcos Iriarte-Valdez, 36, who also holds Spanish citizenship, is accused of fatally stabbing retiree Todd Stewart on his front lawn last week, with surveillance footage capturing the horrifying attack.

Homan went off on the fact that Iriarte-Valdez had been released from jail the day before the attack. He had been cut loose by a Newsom-appointed judge after violating the terms of his home detention related to a residential burglary case.

“We did our job. We located this person in their facility. We did an investigation, found out he is an illegal in the United States, has a criminal history, he is deportable, so we issued a detainer, asking them to notify us before they release him,” Homan said.

“There’s nothing against a sanctuary law in California for a deputy to just pick the phone up and just say that, ‘Hey, this guy is being released in a hour,'” he added. “You don’t have to hold him one minute longer than you would normally hold him.”

Story below shows video of this illegal alien monster released by Democrats (instead of given to ICE for deportation) the next day slaughter someone for fun, in broad daylight.

Not like anyone here does not know Democrats are killing people - it's just that in a truly civilized country, they would be prosecuted, at minimum as accessory to murder, and rotting in prison.  Not walking free, not treated as if they were not guilty of these crimes against their country.

That it is not so IS MADNESS.
