I just renewed my Utah CCW license and it was so easy.  I got a reminder notice in the mail that my non-resident Utah CCW license was expiring.  To renew it I spent about 3 minutes filling out a form on the Utah website, watched a 6 minute video on suicide prevention and safety, and uploaded my photo I took with a cell phone.  At the end I paid the $50 5 year renewal fee with a credit card.

That's how it should be if constitutional carry isn't available.

Washington: Fully recognizes the standard Utah permit (provisional 18–20 permits are excluded).
Wisconsin: Recognized with standard state restrictions.
