Try being more specific in your comments if you are going to quibble about which court and which cases. 

Otherwise, the "Aloha Spirit" ruling is applicable as it states that Supreme Court rulings are only suggestions with no mandate to be followed regardless of the 2A case in question

Man, this fricken hawaii government is exploiting the Aloha Spirit.

If the Supreme court decisions are merely suggestions to our benevolent government of hawaii, maybe their salaries, retirement pensions, and other perks afforded to them should just be merely suggestions also.

I think the current freedom from prosecution afforded government officials for the willful, flagrant, and repeated, violation of the Constitution of the United States, is certainly much less than a "suggestion" at this point, and is clearly a mortal wound that our country is rapidly bleeding out of.

It is, as the record shows, no less than the stuff of civil war, if left unchecked.

No worries, the fight is not over.  We are petitioning for cert at SCOTUS.  It has a high likelyhood of being accepted as it checks all the boxes...final decision, circuit court split, 9th is seeking guidance from SCOTUS, and it may settle the question on ancillary rights.  We will be doing a fundraiser as it'll cost $30k+ for the SCOTUS appeal.

Try reading your draft from a readers perspective, and ask whether your message might possiblly be taken differently than intended.  If so, maybe add clarifications or use more specific language.
