Ever notice how our government loves to use crises in order to roll out pre packaged ‘solutions’ that were obviously planned long in advance?

As long as there are mail-in ballots breaking the chain of custody, the election results can never be confirmed.

So like I'm not the brightest bulb in the room but I noticed in the report about how Hawaii officials defend the mail-in ballot system.

The sentence where it said in extreme cases, non-citizens have voted because they didn't know they were ineligible to vote.

I don't understand.  Did they receive a ballot?  Why the fuck did they receive a ballot in the first place?

Are the officials saying EVERYONE in Hawaii gets a ballot and then they weed out the ineligible ones?
