Its not looking good as they want to retire.  Options are to announce retirement in the next year, and we get center-right justices like Barrett or roll the dice on the 2028 Presidential elections and probably go to a 5 to 4 liberal court which we haven't seen in a long time.  Either way, I can see Democrats being emboldened by their majorities to pack the court.  Democrats will still hold Congress in 2029 and likely get the Presidency too.  With that they can reverse the executive 2A wins, reinstate a higher NFA tax, give Puerto Rico statehood, pack the supreme court, and revert the 9th Circuit Court to very liberal court from the current close to 50/50 split.

We've had a good run in the courts, but this could be the end of that.  At SCOTUS, we'll still win on the AWB and possibly my appeal on acquisition.   There's still the matters of sensitive places, 18 to 20 year olds, and magazines that could be taken up in the next two years.  I don't think suppressors will make the cut.  Which is why I preach the 2A movement has to focus on the people as the courts, congress, and president can always change.

most of America is living good in relation to other parts of the world. With that said, we can't see 12 inches ahead of us. What I mean is that we are in a comfortable cocoon of security and all the luxuries and freedoms it affords us. Family. Taking kids to games, schools etc. Nice houses and cars. Why should you worry about other countries and their long term effects on the US?? Do you have the capacity or interest to understand events/ history in other parts of the world? Who cares? Iran wants to destroy America. OK. I still take my kids to school tomorrow and plan for their college. What am I or my wife going to cook for dinner tonight? Shall we get takeout? Maybe if I'm too tired from work....
