HPD gotta clean that area up big time..  I believe that little corner of Kalihi has the highest concentration of gangs and crime in our state.  Same exact area had the shooting by the Jack-in-theBox, same spot the 2 guys on the moped open fire on the bus. Lots more I can't think of and I can only imagine the stuff that doesn't make the news.

I vote full time sniper team on the top of KPT

The damn police station is right up the block on Kam IV road.

Murdering her for beer, at 23 years old.  Should have never been born.

Bring back the old days when they’d of just gunned the trash down in the street, for all to see.

I vote for right to carry with no bull shit.

I vote for laws protecting law abiding citizens.  Not the other way around.

I vote for a body removal and disposal department funded by the City and State for FAFO victims.

They created this criminal environment.  They clean it the fuck up.

Imagine that.  A common-sense society with a common-sense government with a low-cost, common-sense way of eliminating dumb-ass criminals.
Sometimes you gotta know when to save your bullets.

We would have to overthrow our local dictatorship in order to achieve such a society! This year's election is living breathing proof that the system is compromised!

I've had interactions with this kid. If I had known he was 23 I would have knocked him out. He looks way younger than he is, which is probably why people let him get away with stuff.

Prison is not going to be kind to him. It's too bad someone had to die before the state finally stepped in to do something about his ongoing crime spree.

This is a really great point.

Apparently he just stood there and cracked open a beer.

When he didn't respond properly to a verbal intervention to pay, etc., the next step is to just call the cops.

No matter how pissed off you are, never go for the bait of some kind of physical action - this creates the opening for them to attack, which they are primed to do anyway.

If they are going to assault you  - make them climb that hill to close the space between the two of you, and by doing so open themselves up to your counter-strike.

You cannot allow them to be within striking distance of you at the start - ever.

In Japanese budo this distance is called ma-ai, and is as basic as it gets.

Hotheads (like myself) really have to be consciously disciplined about this.

When these asshats come towards you, their psych is that you will back up and run.

When they come at you, wait till the last moment, then go TOWARDS THEM.

They will not expect this.  Then do your thing.  That is, if you've chosen to stand and fight.

There is a story of an un-armed Navy Seal (not sure if a true story) that told a knife wielding assailant:

"Go ahead.  Come at me and stab me.  Because after you do, I will break every fuckin bone in your body". :shaka:

This guy is small and looks like he’s a 16yo. Auntie probably thought he was just some young punk kid but he’s a 23yo career criminal sociopath who prosecutors would keep letting off because of his appearance.

His boyish charms will get him a lot of unwanted attention in genpop

Good.

But it’s too bad they just tased him instead of shooting him when he refused to drop the knife.

The universe missed an opportunity to fix a problem it created and recycle the material, and we could have saved a lot of $$$$.
