Props to Harvey, that was well-said.  The thing I found surprising was the sympathetic nature of the interviewer.  Usually when a pro-2A guy gets interviewed, it turns into a hostile deposition in short order, so props to the reporter, as well!   :thumbsup:

Some erroneous information about CCW in other states.  I think Harvey is stating his/HRA's views on CCW (permitting, training, quals, etc.).  Other states it's just walk up and apply, no classes, no shooting quals, etc.
