Hope it wasn't me if so my bad . That's why when we go to test the 338's I try to shoot it prone . 1 it's easier for me to shoot then sitting. 2 the blast is fricking crazy so its somewhat a common courtesy for other shooters .
Nah.  I've gotten to know they guy and he's not on here.  He's cool as hell too.  He'll offer to let me shoot his guns and I know they aren't cheap to shoot, especially his 300 WM and 338 Lapua.

It was actually pretty funny when the blast knocked my spotting scope over.  I usually wear electronic ear pro, but I also have plugs in my bag and when I'm next to him, I make sure I have the plugs in too.  Haha.

Perfect for the AR if you could figure out how to mount it, probably reduce recoil to pellet gun levels

Just got my upper back from ADCO where I had a Surefire Muzzle Brake pinned to a 14.5. Its frickin awesome! You can tell the difference with follow up shots staying on target. My brother and my friend also shot it and could tell the difference between their AR's and mine. So what if it's loud...it's a gun. It's supposed to go BOOM!

I like that pic of the Barrett. Looks like my 99.
I bought a CA 10 a couple years ago and originally didn't want a muzzle break but changed my mind and glad I did.
A friend has a .308 and the recoil is defiantly stronger than mine.
I've heard they can be a problem for some scopes but not mine.
