Yeap, drivers license and utility bills are enough to obtain residence.
Most states have no laws requiring the total number of days living within its borders.
A corporate tranfer does not matter since the corporation is incorporated within that State.
And ALL  ( board members/ appointed trustees )can legally use the NFA items anytime.
