Right handed.  The red dot needed to be mounted lefty else I couldn't get the brass catcher to work - I load ALL my ammo.

SNIP
Ahh, gotcha.  I don't load for .223 (yet), but I do have guns that eject/deflect the brass forward at times.  Not an issue shooting from a bench with table mounted net.  But haven't been shooting my ARs that much on the rifle range recently.

I haven't shot the P30 yet
between the other 2, I like the HK45 better bc of the grip, otherwise they shoot the same.  the 45C is slightly smaller grip and barrel is shorter but pretty much shoots the same
the P30 and HK45 feel about the same size in my hand so maybe can control the P30 a little better since its 9mm, but we shall see when I actually shoot it
I have an HK USP-C 40.  The first pistol I bought.  I almost never shoot that pistol anymore. . . interested?   :D

That's a nice collection.  You are very much becoming an HK fanboi!  Next up VP and a John Wick compensated model?   8)  :geekdanc:

Ruger LCR22 with Hogue green dot laser, loaded with Fed Punch, super accurate for all the right SD/CCE/EDC reasons, no recoil, no deafening "bang!", ymmv.

I load .223Rem for my AR15s and will also for a .223Rem bolt gun I'm building off the Ruger American action that will be used for 700 to 1000 yards.

I'm already on the waiting list for the compensator for the P30.  the P30 takes same mags as the VP9, maybe a VP9 next or something else

I currently load for 6.5 cm and .308 win for out to about 1000-1200.  .223 rem out in that distance will be awesome!  I have seen folks shooting .223 rem out to beyond that distance, but dayum!   :o

Awesome!  Multi-use/purpose of mags would be a great benefit.  Last I ordered HK mags, they were in the $50-60/mag range.   :(

P30 and VP9 also share the same holsters. Unless the comp is added, then NM.

Lapua brass, Fed match primers, N140 powder, Berger VLD 80 grains.  That'll get the job done at 1000 if my head's screwed on tight and the JARD trigger breaks @ 8ozs.  ;)

"Brass Goat" brass catcher might leave you with enough right-side rail real-estate for right-side red-dot mount.  Many knock-off versions available on amazon, etc.

I was concerned about the left side mounted red dot.  The acid test was running the gun and it's actually quite good, easy for me to very quickly acquire a target.
