haven't picked it up yet, but just bought a tan and black Glock from the boys at OGC and a 9mm barrel as well. It's like two guns for one. Just need to wait to pick up my hand gun safety course cert. and trot myself down to HPD. Going to apply for long gun permit as well while I am there...

Not exactly a purchase but here goes.  My step dad sent me a remington model 700 in 308. It's the sporter stainless barrel cut down to 20". Two days after the rifle arrived another box showed up.  He sent a HS precision stock slightly used.  I had to clearance the right side because the bolt release was making contact but a little love from the dremmel and we have an aluminum bedding block and are free floated.  Need to sight it in than head to the Big Island  for some hunting.

The Walther Evolution~!
Very nice! Love Walther's....great handguns!

I currently have six Walther's myself and it was seven until just recently....sold one of my PPKs. :( I intend to buy a PPQ in the very near future....wouldn't be complete without one. :geekdanc: I'll post my Walther's once I get a PPQ. I think you're the first one of the forum to get one.

Curious....how did your PPQ perform at the range last Sunday?

I have the Benchmade on the bottom too.  I'm surprised I haven't turned mine into a flathead screwdriver yet.

Thanks! Sounds like you really like the WWII stuff too. I've heard of the Mauser HSC pistol but never owned one, so I looked it up in one of my reference books out of curiosity. Seems the "HSc" (small c) designated production occurred in Nazi Germany from 1940-45 and stopped when the Oberndorf area was captured by the Americans. Then production continued in 1945-46 during the French occupation with the "HSC" (capital C) designation, and then again later from 1968-1977 with the same "HSC" designation. Maybe you already knew this...I had no idea. Not sure which one you're looking to get but there is a distinct difference. I would imagine from a collectors prospective, the wartime production is more desirable, which is almost always the case.

I only own three German pistols from WWII....DWM Luger P08, Mauser P38, Walther PP. I wished I owned more...never say never though. I got the Mauser P38 from my uncle over 30 years ago as a gift...he brought it back from the war. Good luck on your shopping journey!

Just picked this up the other day. A Glock model 21 .45acp. This is an incredible pistol. I used to have the first generation of this and now I see they made some improvements over that with this Gen.4

:shaka:
That is a nice piece. I'm on the lookout for one just like that.

OGC listed it as 4.5, but i think its 4.7

is the normal trigger not silver?  both the BD i have and the safety version they still have had the stainless triggers.  new models, i guess?

the trigger is no different than the normal ones, its just textured.

the difference between the Police and the standard BD, per my research are just a few touches here and there, like a loaded chamber indicator and more checkering, and the textured trigger.

but im glad to have it.  i'd absolutely love to have a meet and shoot sometime.
