I thought I was the only one who hated that. I have never been anywhere else in the world where grown men laugh like little boys/girls  ::)

last report on this bill was on 02/12/2013.  it passed and is being referred to JDL.  it also has a companion bill, sb1393

I think though, that today or tomorrow is the last day for bills to be heard before they switch sides.

Yep, lived here all my life but at least my friends and I have the decency to quiet down after 11pm, even on the weekends. Other make no effort what so ever to hush the fuck up. I'm all for a good time and would very much rather hear laughter than screaming, yelling/fighting but people DO have/want to sleep.

Lol looks like some people I know can fall under petty misdemeanor for talking trash online/harassing on stuff like facebook or instagram.
