So the parents were high on drugs, one in prison, sues the state because the state couldn't take care of their baby for them and the dad has more kids? When is the state a baby sitter? Tragedy all around. I hope we tax payers think of this tragedy and our $$$ is used by a druggie to raise more of his kids.

Oh yeah I remember that incident or want to forget. The mom came into my store couple days later after the incident and she was fried off her marbles and enjoy being high than worried about her lost kid.

1. Would Cyrus be better off alive or dead?
*Grow in the world and repeat the same habits like his parents is doing now.
*Grow up in a foster home and had a better or not so better upbringing.
* Don't exist and not grow up like his parents.
