A word of advice from when i used to work at a pet store.
People always tryna call and see if we got this or got that and how much it costs, so i used to run around and do price checks over the phone, help people out and whatnot. One day when the store was busy my boss yelled at me. He said, customers in the store are more important then those on the phone. If they came down to the store, their is a higher chance they will buy something, then one who is on the phone asking, and it is better to service those that are already here, then those that possibly may come to the store. After that our store was famous for "not answering the phone", "having long wait times", etc, etc, but we make money on those in the store, not those on the phone.
