If you've ever wondered what your barrel would look like if you shot the wrong caliber in it, here's your answer.  300 Blackout shot in a 5.56 barrel.  Thankfully the shooter was not seriously hurt in this incident.  via Weapon Outfitters

Your number one Option for Personal Security is a lifelong commitment to avoidance, deterrence, and de-escalation.

Someday someone may kill you with your own gun, but they should have to beat you to death with it because it is empty.

Maybe if you adjust your diet it will take care of that.

Version 3.0. Made the gongs further in the back. This prevented the lead spray from hitting the legs. I tested this with no metal covering the frames so don't really need the shield but I had extra lying around. FYI, my AR500 3/8" thick 4" gong held up great against my .308 Win. The 1/2" thick 8" gong also had no problems with my .338 Lapua. Never tried the .338 on the 4" but one day I will try. I wouldn't recommend the 8" gong for rifles especially with scopes. Too big and no challenge. Works great though if you stand or crouch and not bench rest. Problem is if you miss you going mess up your frame. The 2" gong works great with my .22lr and I wouldn't recommend any bigger for 50 yards unless you don't want a challenge. All gongs barely had a scratch.
