Stang really nice looking grips.  Would like to get something like that for my 454 super redhawk. Stayed with boring factory grips for functionality and less felt recoil. Tried Hogue... not happening... to thin...
Would like to brighten up Freedom arms 454 too. The FA grips kill too with stout 454 loads.
Any suggestions?

Nice.

After doing some additional research, I cancelled my order for the Manners MCS-TF2A (20-25 week turnaround), and placed an order with XLR Industries for an Element chassis (3 week turnaround).

Gotta say that, so far, CS @ XLR has been everything that I've read about on other forums... Nick has been super helpful and responsive.

Im running an XLR chassis on a remington 700 and really really like it. The guys at XLR have some goos customer service!

Definitely looking forward to July 15th!

If I find some I'll let you know.

Your number one Option for Personal Security is a lifelong commitment to avoidance, deterrence, and de-escalation.

Someday someone may kill you with your own gun, but they should have to beat you to death with it because it is empty.

Right on, mf_tom... Element? Carbon? Evolution? Evolution HD? Evolution BMG?  :o

My XLR Element with folding adapter is enroute, somewhere between Grand Junction, CO, and Honolulu, HI.

Can't wait.

Element, non folding... Your gonna like it

Tonight's dinner after a safety class for a new shooter.

"The rifle is a weapon. Let there be no mistake about that. It is a tool of power, and thus dependent completely upon the moral stature of its user. It is equally useful in securing meat for the table, destroying group enemies on the battlefield, and resisting tyranny. In fact, it is the only means of resisting tyranny, since a citizenry armed with rifles simply cannot be tyrannized."

Rule #43

Take your guns off the table before dinner.
Your number one Option for Personal Security is a lifelong commitment to avoidance, deterrence, and de-escalation.

Someday someone may kill you with your own gun, but they should have to beat you to death with it because it is empty.
