Poor guy...not many details but I wonder if what they claim are illegal guns are only because of the newly passed law in NYC. I don't know the old laws in NYC but I wonder if they had mandatory registration before the new law. Hopefully he wasn't selling these firearms illegally to boot. I wonder if his record was clean and someone just ratted him out or he was on the wrong side of the law to begin with...just not enough details yet.

i'm not claiming that i do this but there is a group pf pro-gun folk that is calling their hotline nonstop reporting scary men in dark blue outfits with illegal hi capacity assault clips and evil assault rifles forcing people to do things and sometimes even shooting people.

This incident along with the harrassment of the NJ family over a picture of the son holding a rifle is why I think many hesitate to show "their" firearms related stuff including reloading equipment on the net.  Well maybe you can show it but not claim ownership.  May be legal to own now but...

what's lost in this is that he obviously acquired all these guns with his license, but he let his license lapse.


i'd be more annoyed if this wasnt his fault, and clearly breaking laws in place
