Looks like one of their own stole a full-auto M16, not to mention the PD received 1,355 of these M16s in the shipment from the feds. What were they doing, going to war in Philadelphia. ???

You know what's ironic...he's one of the Chief's whose face is plastered all over many of the "we need stricter gun control" articles.
