I have worked on some movie guns.  They have to have the class 3 licensee carry the guns where ever he goes. Gun can be made full auto but need to show them to the atf to get a clearence letter for each blank firing gun. This is on a legal gun that has been converted to a blank gun.   I recently had to make parts for some blank firing guns because the production company had no time to fly them in from the mainland. Oh what fun!!!
