Alright, alright....you know what I meant. I forgot that VW and Porsche did joint venture work, I guess I should've worded that differently...lol!!

How about a Porsche with a VW 1300cc stock "Bug" engine....is that better??

Lol, just giving you a hard time. Its crazy that VW auto group now owns a good portion of the industry. In the end the people's car truly did take over.

I have a S&W 1911 in .45 that's been pretty much as reliable as any of my M&Ps, but I recently saw the same model in 9mm just having feed issues like crazy.  I couldn't tell if the guy was shooting reloads or factory stuff but it was just giving him fits.  I don't know the particulars, whether it was a new gun, cleaned, lubed, etc. but if it was me, I'd have been a little irritated.

I got news for you man.  VW owns Porsche, so the Porsches have VW engines....................VW also owns Bugatti so the Veyron is a SuperBug.

Anywhooo............I like Dan Wessons.  They would be nice for a 9mm variant.  If you can wait and have the money, Legion makes some nice 9mm variants off of STI chassis.

I took a Springfield made in USA 9mm. Added the following

Wilson 9mm Barrel, comp, guide rod, trigger, combat hammer, beaver tail, magwell, extended slide release and ambi safety.

Took the gun and all parts to Ed Masaki. Ed did his magic.

Using 147gr lead with bullseye powder. The gun shoots ragged holes to this day.

I was the first down here back in the day to add a red dot for ipsc. 30mm Aimpoint.

Ipsc I had to shoot minor. So which means do not miss and A's. Points drop in the C and D's. So I pushed myself never to miss.

^^^How long does Ed take to work on stuff?  I've always thought about buying a 1911 from him but don't want to wait 4 years.
