Wohooo...welcome to the 1990's.  You know the this new invention by Al Gore, the "internet" is wonderful new thing that may allow us to communicate with many people, acroos vast distances all at the same time.  It will be wonderful.  What's next, phones that you can take with you on the road?  The city's technology is advancing at break neck speed!

On the Firearms Application Questionnaire, make sure you initial the yes or no box for each question (like it says at the top, in small print). Don't just put a check or an X in 'em.  Made that mistake once. Adds more time to your visit to HPD and those in line behind you.

they actually have all the forms!  :geekdanc:

we all need to spread the word, especially to those that dont frequent the forums, so more people take advantage of it!

Great new and all, but you think they doing this so they won't have to allow registration at more places?

What!?! Now that's really bogus on the part of HPD if they're not accepting ITS OWN online forms.  :wtf:

Get ready for it... I printed and filled out forms correctly.  They are not accepting them and in fact I was told they are going to make the process take longer.  Just went through it and had to fill out most papers all over again.

I don't understand this.   The only four forms online are the medical waiver, mental health waiver, firearms information form and application questionaire.  The permit application information form isn't there.   I assume if you leave the specifics of the firearms on the firearms information form blank and let them fill that out, there wouldn't be a problem.  The rest is just your personal information which wouldn't be any different.
