That's pretty unreal. We're on a heavily over-populated ISLAND...if southeast Oahu is hit by a major hurricane, it'll be weeks before ample amounts of supplies are able to get to the island freely.

Why, it's almost as if the nanny-state WANTS us to be sucking off their tit in the event of an emergency....nah, that totally can't be it.  ::)

This is why I think that communal farming or aquaponics is a waste of time, unless you can manage to keep it a secret. Of course, I came to that conclusion when I figured that you'd only have to worry about hungry neighbors streaking your food. Be a good squirrel and keep your stock hidden!
