Welcome  :shaka:

The wait on line may not be too bad but you may end up waiting at the window for a good bit as they (HPD) registers your "out of state" arsenal ;D   Not sure if they're accepting the web forms yet, may help to expedite things if they are

Ahui hou,

What was the gun laws like on Guam?  Where there any places to shoot there?  Curious.    Welcome to the site and to the island!

you can find stuff, its just that you need to make three separate trips to HPD for each and every purchase.

that and 10 round only mags, but, you probably knew that one.

And don't leave out fingerprinting the first time, and the ever-popular NRA-certified safety course requirements!

No, what I mean is the simple registration is going to instantly leave you scratching your head.

Buy gun.
Take paperwork to HPD.
Stand in line @ HPD and fill out all paperwork, fingerprint if necessary (take exact change or you're up the creek), wait 2 weeks.
Go back to HPD, wait in line, pick up permit to acquire.
Take permit to acquire to FFL, pickup pistol.
Take pistol to HPD, stand in line & register.

Welcome.... even though it's from the mainland High Country.
I do believe that the radical and crazy notion that the Founders meant what they said, is gradually soaking through the judicial system.

Yup and this is for each and every pistol...................so the moral to the story is buy multiple pistols at once as it's more efficent to register them that way.

I predict that your enthusiasm will wane after your fourth or fifth visit to HPD.
