I might not be looking hard enough..(I haven't looked at all) but do any LGS'S sell bulk birdshot rounds?

SA has lots of birdshot on the shelves.... check out OGC ammo posts I think I saw some birdshot for same

x2 on Sports Authority.  They usually have so much they just stock it on a shelf/table instead of behind the counter.  Just make sure you check before you buy...very often tourists, kids, or whoever else open up boxes to fondle the shells and don't always put them back.

Like the 25rd boxes? Yeah I mean I am looking for cases of 250 Wonder if it would be any (much) cheeper though?

sa has sales every once in awhile thats when i used to buy cases.its not any cheaper by case..... now theres a 1 case limit(10box)per day

note that you cant get good deals for bulk birdshot here in hawaii, its just as expesnive as if you were to buy them by the small box which is total bull shit!  it should be 20 bucks for a box of 100 but everyone charges much more and you can see them just jacking the prices up.  lucky we live hawaii huh???  makes reloading birdshot worth it though if you got a reloader.
