I just happen to like the m14/m1a-esqu look to the mini-14's. 

I think as far as accuracy and reliability, they are both probably on par with each other. 

Mini-14s have much more accessories available.

Su-16s use AR-15 mags though, which are much cheaper and easier to come by than Ruger's factory mags.

The SU-16 is a niche gun; yes, it's cool that it folds and stuff, but it's lightly built and won't hold up to extensive shooting.  If you want something to stash for an emergency, the SU-16 might be just what you're looking for, but if you intend to actually shoot the thing...get a Mini-14.

Bottom line,

The mini 14 is hands down the better firearm.

The Keltec is super cool but it is definitely not even in the same class as the mini-14.
