 I'm new to the island, just got stationed out here and am looking to swing by the party. I'll see about bringing some hotdogs and chips. Hopefully there'll be a grill available. Anyone know of a gunstore open tomorrow? I'd love to be able to go shooting tomorrow and I need some M-1 Garand safe .30-06, or .308 ... or .300 Savage ... or 30-30 ...or 8mm ... or 7.62x54R ... or 7.7mm Jap or 9mm ... or .357 ... or .38Special. Hell, lets just say I've got quite the collection and I'd like to get some out to stretch their legs but I couldn't ship my ammo with the movers. I hope y'all have some signs up or something to make it easy to find. I've not even been to the range there yet.

I only know of Sport Authority being open.

there's on main parking lot in the middle of the crater
it runs perpendicular to the entry road
look for the bathroom building on the left as you enter, and the picnic table area is across from that

i doubt there's gonna be more than one or two groups there
just ask "are you guys 2ahawaii.com"?

orthere will probably be a big group on the rifle benches
just look for the biggest group with the most guns
and ask for speedtek or dirtylickins

no wait, don't EVER go up to a group of locals and ask for dirtylickins

Besides SpeedTek, it was kool to meet some of the 2a members for the 1st time today. Wasn't planning to stick around but SpeedTek forced me to & twisted my arm.. just kidding lol.. Man the food was awesome, thanks again for your hospitality guys    My kids said their not eating dinner tonight, their still stuffed lol.. Looking forward to meeting more 2a members & get togethers in the near future
