Once again, I wish the individual living breathing person who made that decision could be identified and exposed.

Too often it's just "the authorities," or a "committee" or the vague "higher-ups" who get blamed.

I want to know the name and official position of that individual living breathing person who originated the idea, whether it was approved in committee or whatever, who first made the suggestion.

Same thing with Katrina.  Who made the decision or original suggestion to confiscate firearms in New Orleans?
