Alls I can say, if a pig wanders onto your property and you want to shoot it, Beware Your Surroundings!! In other words, know that bullet is gonna do some traveling so just watch out.
Also, the weight after you gut the pig is like half or three quarters the full weight, but I never did a before-after measurement. Off a 100-150 pound pig, you probably gonna get 50-100 pounds meat. That's just my guess though.
I guess you should google around for some vids on processing the meat. Personally, I wash it, look at it, call my family outside, hang it up, skin it, gut it, chop off the head, wear it like a cape

, split it, quarter it, make steaks, then eat it! All in that order too. Really nothing to it, and depending on the smell of the meat, you can chill it overnight in ice water to get the blood out.
