walked through this morning
got there just before 9, but the doors were already open
small, 4 aisle shop
first aisle fishing stuff
middle 2 aisles kinda combined into one
smokers, rifle bags, gun cleaning supplies, crab nets
last aisle had archery stuffs
lots of camo hunting gear
back wall had ammo and knives
cashier area had fishing reels

the aisles were pretty crowded with merchandise
lots of different ammo choices
good selection of gun cleaning products
lots of knives, but many of them were cheap no-name brands
giving away t-shirts with purchase, i think
good store with a WIDE range of different items
didn't really check prices much, but talk was at lunch that the prices were more in line with neighbor island pricing

store was getting full as i left to head to hnl firearms

We don't have any more "all out door" shops on island other than SA.  I've only been to the one in Hilo, but its a great additon to the community

I don't know how the Oahu store is run but I have had good experience with the one in Hilo, I purchased a high end pellet gun there a few years ago. Got the guy to throw in some pellets with the purchase. Few weeks later the gun has a part break and I take it back and they let me exchange it for one that was even more expensive since they did not have any of the same model I had purchased. And when I mentioned I also wanted to buy a case for it while I was there the guy had one of the other folks get down a plastic hard case to throw in with my exchange also for free. Sure it wasn't a pelican case or anything but it was certainly un-expected, and appreciated.

Then I develop a problem with the scope that came included with gun #2 and brought it back and they did not have the same model so he opened up another one which had a similar scope and offered to exchange the scope but i declined and decided instead to send it in for warranty repair hoping I would get back the same scope.. which I didn't but either way I ended up getting a different one anyway while it was off for repair.

Long story short, At least with who I have dealt with they had good customer service at the B.I. store.

I went there today for some 22lr ammo. They dont limit ammo per customer, Buy as much as you want. Prices were about average. Small store but lots of stuff. Their also starting to sell reloading supplies.  Pretty heavy on the archery & fishing.  All in all good store. We need more gun shops.

Good all-around outdoor store.  Good selection for the space they have.  Good customer svc, ammo prices are about same as sports authority.  I did notice they have a good stock of camo hunting clothes.  Bunch of optics including Nikons.   I would suggest supporting them before the big box stores
