This is pretty much true as proper placement and pressure are key (in regards to wound packing with rolled gauze). I would advocate getting the important stuff like CATs and chest seals from reputable sources and sourcing your gauze rolls and pads from whoever can give you a good price. Although triangular dressings are not as "high speed" as CATs, you can still make effective tourniquets with them as well as utilize them for a ton of other things, so there's still a place for them in your kit. Also, don't forget space blankets, because clotting factors drop when body temp goes down.

Came out to around 15.5" of real barrel, 17.5" with the Little Bastard brake welded on, and overall length is around 26 1/8". As long as the butt pad doesn't fall off I should be all set.

You can't have it both ways -- not with all the evidence on the record against both of them.
I believe in due process, but so far the only process seems to be "turn a blind eye for democrats -- all others get crucified."
