Boars, wild pigs, etc are damn smart! My buddy is a cop in Texas and he hunts them and also does some pest eradication work. He said he and his buddy were on ATVs and they came across a pack/herd of maybe 50 of them. He said they were getting in position to take their shot(s). He and his buddy had their eyes on a couple of larger one in a clearing, but then he could hear rustling and "boar noises" on the brush both sides of them. He got up, surveyed the situation and they notices that there was a "hoard" (his words) of them, maybe 50-60 that was he swears was trying to surround them. They both had ARs and full mags, but they decided to bug out.

How far back is karma able to exist? 10 years? 20? 50? 100? My homes are from the 1950s and 1970s. That's a long span of time to worry about things that may have happened. What if your realtor is 20 and just got their license? Are they expected to know the entire history of every home they show?
People die at home everyday. Are all those homes places of bad karma?
Disclosure laws vary by state. I know NC doesn't require disclosing if someone died in a property you're buying. But, if you ask, they can't knowingly lie.
On the other hand, they do have to disclose things such as whether the home was used as a meth lab -- an obvious health concern.
The only way to really know that a house is not "cursed" is to buy a newly-built home or condo. But, you'll never know if a construction worker accidentally died where you sleep every night!

When I was a small kid growing up on the North Shore the Dillingham Airfield area was so remote that people used to train their kids to learn to drive a car.
Too many vehicles and too many people on this damn island. Not too bad if they paid attention to what the fu*ck they are doing......

The remains were found at an area known as “the compound” in Palm Bay, Florida.
Officers visited the site after someone called to say they saw a suitcase with vultures flying around it. They found another suitcase nearby.
Both suitcases contained human remains. Police believe the remains belong to 28-year-old Colie Lee Daniel, a registered sex offender.
