Usually 150-200 9mm, or .40, usually once a week. Haven't shot very much .45 lately, and I haven't shot my AR since case prices took off. Took a 2 month (or so) break from live-fire practice as the kids were on summer break and, for me anyway, saw how quickly accuracy can diminish. While many take issue with the 25/50 yard pistol range we have, it definitely has its benefits, even for USPSA type shooting. I recently shot a stage that had 3 round plates set at 20 yards, backed by no-shoots. These no-shoots also covered all but the upper A and B zones of 3 targets. My accuracy sucked, my penalty points almost equalled my stage points and I learned (again) how important accuracy and practice can be.
