Once upon a time, there was such a thing as a home FFL. That's more-or-less disappeared. While people who had them were grandfathered, if you want to get a FFL today, you must have a storefront and keep hours.
That's true.
A few years ago when I 1st started to get into guns I wanted to compare prices for FFL fees.
Well this is what I came upon,
one was working out of a self-storage bldg,
another was in a home in a sub division,
another was from a paint shop,
another I could not find, but it was a dead end street.
But what I did find was that, prices were really varied.
* I finally settled on one that charges me only 20.00, and it is not a gun shop.
** I know one that advertises 10.00, but I have yet to utilize that FFL dealer.
Don't need it at this place in time.
One day.
It has taught me to "shop around."
* Has a store front.
** Is a LGS
