i dont think so.
It has to do with behavioral health department, or if you ever saw a psychologist for any reason you will get flagged
i forgot that i went to behavioral health back in 1987 when i was in high school for 1 visit.
nothing serious, got into a few fights at school and iirc, my mom thought it was a good idea that i go see a psychologist
now i have to go outside kaiser, bc they dont write letters to hpd saying you are ok to acquire it is kaiser's policy.
i have to find a doctor and have them write the letter to hpd

my advice is to never see a psychologist at kaiser
thats some f'd up policy kaiser has.

Pm me for outside dr.

So are any of you guys still dealing with this and want to be a plaintiff in a lawsuit?

Really? Why, isn't Kaiser an enlightened progressive corporation that celebrates whistleblowers who point out corporate wrongdoing?

Might want to check and make sure that it would be against kaiser and not the city with wolfwood.

Chris is right
This would be a lawsuit against the City alone.  Kaiser would not be a part of the lawsuit
