From Gun Owners of America. Easy way to contact Schatz and Hirono (and they include another email to Gabbard re HR 38) and urge them to honor their sworn oath of office to uphold and defend the Constitution, including the right to bear arms. Even with my post of several hours ago re the absurd email response from Hirono to me, I still did this, and will continue to contact them, even without any expectation that it will have any influence whatever, no matter how many contacts they receive. I'm just stubborn, or stupid, that way. And even though I don't have the slightest fantasy that these traitors could one day be held accountable for their treachery, I still dream about it. And the more evidence available that they've been informed of their traitorous behavior, the better.
I can't find a copy of the new bill yet, but last year's version included the language "license from state of residence", which Rep. Hudson changed to "license from
a state" in his HR 38. I'll call Cornyn's office tomorrow and make the same argument to him that I made to Hudson's staff about those of us in de facto "no issue" jurisdictions (being potentially remedied by non-resident licenses).

Urge Your Senators to Cosponsor Concealed Carry Reciprocity
Dear X,
I have great news to tell you.
Texas Republican Senator John Cornyn just introduced his long-awaited concealed carry reciprocity bill (S. 446).
This is a bill that Gun Owners of America has worked long-and-hard for -- and the issue remains one of GOA's top priorities.
The Cornyn bill is the near-identical companion to Rep. Richard Hudson's H.R. 38 -- a bill that will allow you to protect yourself and your family, all across the country.
Under the Cornyn-Hudson bills, your permit to carry a concealed handgun will be recognized in any state in the union.
And if you live in a Constitutional Carry state, you won't need a permission slip at all to defend your life.
As you can imagine, gun grabbers are losing their minds over this legislation.
They are foaming at the mouth, claiming this legislation is dangerous and that it will put the safety of Americans in jeopardy.
That's ridiculous, though. These are the typical scare tactics we constantly hear from people who hate freedom.
But they are whining loudly because they know there is a good chance this legislation could be signed into law by President Trump.
So please take just 60 seconds to go here right now to send a pre-written letter to your U.S. Senators.
Urge them to cosponsor S. 446, the Cornyn concealed carry reciprocity bill.
Let's hand gun grabbers a crushing defeat, and help roll back the restrictions that have prevented us from fully exercising our rights protected by the Second Amendment.
Thank you for taking action!
In Liberty,
Erich Pratt
Executive Director
P.S. Please urge Sen. Brian Schatz (D) and Sen. Mazie Hirono (D) to cosponsor Senator John Cornyn's concealed carry reciprocity bill (S. 446).
Please note that when you take action, a letter will also be sent to your congressman, Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D), to urge cosposnorship of H.R. 38 -- or to thank your representative for having already signed on it.
