And to be honest, I'm not going to waste my time and read 400+ pages.  Because those who suffer from TDS, won't accept any facts you present anyways.  I look at it very plain and simple.  Is Trump in handcuffs or not.  And the answer is no.

Well sanctuary cities are dumb but the idea of sending people applying for asylum to sanctuary cities is also a dumb plan.

Same here, I am not going to read 400 pages. What I am trying to do is listening to a variety of news sources to get a better understanding. I get the left slant, the right slant, and the more middle view then I figure I have a fairly decent grasp of the subject.

As far as your comment about Trump not being in handcuffs that isn't really indicative of anything. Per that internal memo they cannot indict a sitting president so even if Mueller thought there was enough for obstruction Trump wouldn't be in handcuffs.  Seems like a final decision of whether there was a criminal violation of obstruction will come down to what congress ultimately says (in the form of impeach/not impeach)

You risk incentivizing abuse of the asylum process.

When these migrants hear they can not only get into the country through this process but that they will get a free ride to a city which would never hand them back over if their asylum claim got denied we are going to be dealing with an even larger number of applicants. If that plan got implemented we risk shooting ourselves in the foot just so we can give the middle finger to the liberals. How are we going to deport the bad ones after we gave them to California who refuses to tell the feds where they are?

We are not shooting ourselves in the foot, they are.  They are the ones who call for no enforcement to ICE and want illegals to have the money that is spent on any healthcare they receive and benefits.  The entire point of this idea was to show that the DNC is full of it, and to do what they're asking for.  Oh and it will not affect votes because those states are already blue.  So illegals voting wouldn't affect anything. So 4D chess.
