Last year  at this time, Trump's approval rating among Black voters was 19%.

Last week it was 29%.

Today it's 36%.

Looks like the "Omarosa effect" isn't happening.

You said, "Arrest numbers alone don't tell the whole picture but it is definitely a start."

How can you make that claim without knowing "the whole picture?" You're making an assumption, but you stated it as a fact.

Your claim, not anyone else's.  Isn't it your "rule" that it's incumbent on the person making a claim to provide the supporting sources and information?  I'm pretty sure that was your position in a recent post.

What is going on is human trafficking. Some are for labor, and most are for sex industry or slaves.  Some are used for both labor and sex. It's not relevant to "what's going on."  Human trafficking is the issue. Changemyoil66 saying "sex trafficking" may or may not be specifically accurate, but you don't know where he got his numbers.

I'll bet he didn't use the first link off a Google search.

Because I have a basic understanding of the justice system. Not everyone who gets arrested gets convicted. I thought this was common knowledge.

Changemyoil posted some numbers, I corrected it for the mere sake of accurate statistics. You are right, I don't know where he got his statistics,  he did not say. I found conflicting data and posted my source, a good one I would say since it came from the Trump white house.

I like that Trump backs law enforcement and I would like to believe Trump's administration saw increased catching of these people, but unfortunately the numbers claimed seem suspect.

Can't remember where I saw the numbers from.  I visit various sites daily.  I was also trying to remember what I saw, so they might be a little off.  But either way, the numbers are way up compared to 2016 and prior.  That's the point I was trying to make.

one would hope that you have more than a "basic" understanding of the justice system considering what you do...

I did look into it for a while and a few websites reported the number you stated. I did see other websites though that analyzed the numbers and found them suspicious. They suggested there was no way to get accurate 2018 numbers at this point.

But this is nothing against you, , just wanted accurate numbers.

Heard on the financial news this morning that we are very close to inking a new trade deal with Mexico.

On the same show I heard that the WH and China officials are creating a map to ending the trade impasse that we are in for the talks next week. Basically it means both sides are creating a document that they can both agree to prior to the talks occurring. With the details being worked out during the meetings.

While I will wait until we get word whether we have been successful or not, both of these pieces of news sound positive to me.

Liberals  yesterday:  Trump doesn't have enough African-Americans in his cabinet or White House staff.

Liberals since 2016:  Any black person who joins the Trump administration is a "coon," a "sell-out," "self-loathing," and an "Uncle Tom."

Trump, "the racist", comped Omarosa the $200,000 wedding she booked at Trump Towers.

Omarosa's husband actively campaigned for Obama.

Meanwhile, Omarosa has been recording the President and his staff to stab them all in the back.

Omarosa is on record stating she has never seen or heard anything from Trump to make her think he's racist. In fact, she would never work for someone she thought was racist.

After she was fired and wrote a book attacking Trump, he's suddenly a racist.

And Trump is putting up with this crap for no salary.

So the pedo's busted in PA, is this due to Trumps new enforcement/support?

I think its super cool he's donating all of his checks, even though the fake news plays no air time about it.  But he's a smart man and knows that he will make buku dollars once his terms (yes plural) are done.

But it's not like he needs the money, he's doing it for the power and title.

He's 72.  If he's reelected in 2 years, he'll be 78 when he exits office.

I doubt he's looking at how this job will enrich him one red cent.

I fully expect another Trump to run for office in the future.

I like Trumps tweet about Brennans lawsuit.  Basically he said go for it. Then all emails, documents, and text from Brennan supporting why he revoked his clearance will be made known to the public.

Isn't this the guy that said Iraq had WMD's?  And Mueller was the guy who confirmed it?

Yep. Brennan also voted for the Communist Party candidate for President during the height of the Cold War.  He admitted this when taking his first CIA polygraph test in 1980.

Too bad he didn't lie about it.  That would have been grounds for firing and possible prison time.
