Unless you do a protest, then you can have 1000 outdoors....     Too bad we can't get all Hawaii gun owners on the same damn page

If the range isnt back to nromal function on that date. I hope we can gather enough people to show up at the gun range and go about regular buisness. And i would hope the range officers have enough back bone to support it.

Why not at the State Capital, all the 1s that make the rules over there.
Plus won't cut into my 1hr shooting time.

The way for us to see changes is to appeal to the top.  If the Mayor says ease the restrictions, the parks director will comply.  The parks director is an appointed position so while you can make your case to her, she’ll take her direction from the Mayor.  Filling out the form is best since it’s documented whereas commenting on Facebook or Instagram isn’t.  It doesn’t have to be long, short and simple is ok, but be professional and polite.  The more forms that are submitted the better.  Spread the word, tell your 2a friends and neighbors to email, call, or write the mayor.

I went to the Honolulu Parks Department website, I watched the Youtube video, I STILL COULDN'T figure out where to make a KokoHead Shooting complex reservation.

Does ANY other park in Honolulu require a "reservation"?
If not, this could be considered discriminatory to the shooting community.

Also mention the (currently 12 week) wait to get a firearms permit, and the next 10 week wait to register it (before you can legally use it, otherwise it is an unregistered firearm)
(BTW, for all three visits to HPD, I was the only one there, and I was 30 min early)
I just did both, it was obviously designed as a "deterrent" to getting a firearm.

It is apparent that Honolulu doesn't want you to have a firearm (or be proficient with it)
