Bottom line is NEVER ACCEPT any restrictive laws even if there is a grandfather clause. Because one day the grandfather clause will be expired and you will be turned into a criminal if you don’t register or permanently modify or dispose of that magazine. Whatever the law is going to be.

Same went with the bump stock law. Now the ATF looking at making braces illegal.  Are adjustible stocks next?  How long before Hawaii makes braces illegal?  All the fudds saying that they don't own a bump stock so they won't submit testimony or show up at hearings.  Give an inch, they will take more and more.

Already a defacto ban here as no "assault pistols" (yeah I know unless they meet the stupid criteria)

But I agree that trying to sue is expensive, but that's a defensive move. We all need to be on the offensive side of things and go face to face with the legislators and hear it direct from us. Sadly, not enough people participate in protecting their rights...

There were huge lines at HPD on and off for the past few years. The question is what do we need to do to get to those people? Stats say we have the numbers, but it is a matter of activating them.
