I can't think of a pistol that I need or want...maybe a small carry gun like a sig,365?

Wait what?  I "folded" after the 100$.  I put no more into the scam once I knew it was a scam.

Your poker analogy was terrible from the start.

You had the ability to see all the cards before putting one cent at risk, but as you admitted, greed got the better of you.

Arguing over a crappy analogy theme is pointless.  This was a real world mistake.  It had nothing to do with gambling.  Gambling would be taking a risk on the condition of the firearm, not that you'd lose your deposit.  This whole thing was preventable for most of us.  Trying to convince us the scammer was THAT GOOD means you believe any one of us here would have fallen for it.  Truth be told, I haven't seen anyone else report being scammed in spite of all the obvious SPAM/SCAM accounts posting here lately.

I don't care it you ever admit you were negligent.  Just stop rationalizing it ... over .... and over .... as if it was just something you were doing for entertainment purposes.

Too Clumsy.  I keep losing them in boating accidents.

My nephew shot my P228 and then shot a friend’s P320. He really liked both Sigs. He was carrying a S&W Shield and didn’t care for it. I suggested he look at the 365 so he went and rented one and decided that is going to be his EDC gun. He found one on the Internet somewhere and bought it. It’s a very nice little gun. It fits my hand well considering I have long fingers. The trigger is actually pretty nice on it.

I still want an original Python. In blue. I am going to start saving for it. I am willing to pay up for it. I hate to pay such a high price for one. But I have wanted one for a long time. It might be I am buying my first safe queen. There is one at a local LGS that has been there for months. It is NIB and about as close to unfired as you can get. Hopefully it will still be there when I get the money.

I love poker.  Last time I played was Vegas and that was the only place I made money,  Beating the house didn't work :(
Vegas wasn't built on "winning tourists". . .

Hmm. . .

Nighthawk or Wilson Combat 1911 9 mm and .45 ACP
M1A
Winchester lever action .357 Mag Octagonal barrel
Agency Arms Glock
Colt SAA

Realistic?  I would say 50/50.  I am completely happy with what I've got currently.  At least for now.  That may change next week.  :P

Doesn't have the allure of the Ruger MK4 for collector value, but check out the S&W Victor for a shooter.  I want one with a RDS.

How does that compare to the stainless ruger with volquartsen llv upper.  That currently is my dreamish 22lr pistol goal. I was looking into the S&W options.  Not sure what is peak performance so only one to blame for poor shooting is myself lol
