I was HAPPY today when I saw that a bunch of states filed briefs against the Texas law suit.

The more states that become involved, the more likely the Supreme Court will be forced to make an actual ruling without dismissing it out of hand.

Texas SoS on Louder with Crowder explained since this is an issue between states, they have nowhere other than the Supreme Court to be heard.

It's a valid argument, and only the federal government can settle it.  Given that it's obvious the state and US constitutions were violated, the problem will be difficult to remedy short of either handing the swing states their certification back so the legislature can decide, or hand the entire election to Congress, thereby bypassing the fraud and tampering.
I agree. The more states that pile on, both for and against the more likely SCOTUS will accept the case. Last I heard 18 states signed on in support and President Trump was given permission to join the lawsuit as well. And then this morning I saw somewhere that 106 Representatives came out in support of the Texas case. I am surprised it took this long for this to happen. Let’s face it, the fraud has been going on for a very long time and for many elections. I am glad to see that President Trump took the lead in trying to get the states to support his claims. And all the lawsuits he filed just poured fuel on the fire. I applaud him, the Texas AG, Texas and all the other states that have signed on to the lawsuit to finally do something about all this tampering and fraud going on. It is about fucking time.

As an American this is really embarrassing. Our enemies are growing stronger while corrupt elitists hack away at the constitution and rule of law. It is like we are being prepped for a Beijing takeover.
If you dissolve your enemies in acid, technically that's turning your problems into a solution.

I am very happy and proud that President Trump refuses to concede.  He's making a stand, a stand that is long overdue.

And the F*ckers who opposed him are getting worried.  If anything I'd bet they never thought it would get this far.

Americans need closure on this issue.  Pressing to have SCOTUS eventually settle the election issue will enable the country to move forward.

It will send a message that the Constitution and the rule of law governs the people of the US.  And that includes the leaders who they elect.  These "leaders" need to be reminded that they serve the people, not themselves.

Big difference between beliefs and facts.  By default there is no mass fraud until proven.

Some in his circle and including himself said they want to win and the only way to do that is invalidate votes.  It will come to the Supreme Court to decide what is valid. Not be,  not you,  and not him.
Big difference between knowledge and wisdom. You can look up alot of things on the internet and have knowledge of it. But you lack the wisdom of experience living through it like most of us. That's the biggest difference.

Yup.  Eff it.  I'm gonna go grab some drinks with some buddies, throw darts, and have fun.  Enough of this BS.

Well, one of the guys that will be there is an attorney (from a local private school) and is pretty liberal.  We don't usually talk politics.  However, if he does tonight, I'm gonna throw darts at him!   ;D

Regarding Omni's post about SCOTUS striking down 1 fraud case.  This was with Mike Kelly vs. PA.  Only his injunction was struct down.  The case is still alive.  And since its very similar to the TX one, SCOTUS may deny Kelly's entire case and go with TX instead.  Per 95.9 radio this afternoon

Good point and it could also combine the two lawsuits.

If you can, listen to 95.9, but you may have a heart attack. Here is the type of music they play.  And due to the genre, it's safe to assume it's a young guy talking the truth.

As I’ve explained to Omni before he listens to people/main stream media who lie to him constantly. And then he passes those lies on to us. He says it’s okay that they lie to him because they don’t lie that much. But myself, I don’t like being lied to even a little. And I’m sure most people here don’t like it either. I’ve explained to him that even a small amount of lying is too much to accept but he’s okay with it. He needs to stop the fucking lying to us.

Just so everyone knows there are a lot false reports today and yesterday that SCOTUS agreed to hear the Texas case. It was confused by some dummy that doesn’t know the difference between being accepted and just being put on the docket. Once he reported is as accepted other news outlets ran with it. So if you see or hear that SCOTUS agreed to hear the Texas case please make sure it is not a false alarm before reporting it here.

That’s very well explained, Inspector.  I’m afraid it’s gonna be pearls put before swine.

Watching the Wisconsin hearing on the election.

You could take any of the previous swing state's hearings and used it as a template for what went on in WI.

-- Not following the law
-- GOP worker intimidation and ejection from the counting areas
-- No chain of custody for ballots
-- Unexplained halts to counting followed by a sudden surge for Biden
-- People who never asked for an absentee ballot having a ballot counted in their names
-- Observers required to stand 10+ feet away from the ballot counting tables, often behind scratched up plexiglass

Typical complaints in all the contested swing states.

You can call this fraud, or election tampering or just plain "risk of illegal activity".  One term I heard last night is "failure to enforce and follow existing election tampering safeguards."

Analogy time:  If the money in a vault doesn't match the amount in the ledger, but there's no security footage as to who stole the money, you then look at all the safeguards:  video recorder security, sign-in/out logs, tally sheets, key and combo access, etc.

If everybody there has a key or knows the combo, nobody ever signs in or out, and the video recordings are accessible by everyone there, your safeguards are completely ineffective.  No one is following the protocols and procedures, and no one is holding the employees ignoring the rules accountable.

We start by looking for intentional acts to bypass security.  Then we look at the people who might not be thieves but should have been able to prevent it.

In the end, people need to get fired at a minimum, prosecuted if a crime was committed -- including negligence -- and the entire system evaluated so any holes are plugged or risks mitigated.

To me, this is all common sense.  Unfortunately, some people require a judge to determine if anything wrong occurred. No guilty sentence == no money missing.

The changing of procedure is the biggest issue in my mind. However, the chain of custody is another one that I think gets glossed over. Would even Mr/Ms Prove it in Court be ok with a case against them where chain of custody of evidence was not handled properly?

At least there is proof of fraud and/or tampering. In all 4 of these swing states. That is important to note. Now everyone knows the election was tampered with. I think that might help convince SCOTUS to take the Texas case. Thanks for the report/details.

In his mind, failure to prove you did it right is not proof you did it wrong.

In reality, if there's a problem with the final tally, and you can't prove you followed procedure, you're automatically blamed for the problem.  That's how the system is supposed to work -- to make sure everyone is ACCOUNTABLE and MOTIVATED to follow the rules.  The process is important.  Without it, we can't ever know that the outcome can be trusted.

I worked at an Ice Cream and Dairy retail store.  We used an electronic cash register.  Every sale was recorded, including cash tendered and change given.  At any time, you could run a tally report to see the totals.

At end of night, we ran the totals, cleared the register (reset tallies), and counted out the cash.  The final tape readout and cash had to match to the penny.  Any significant difference had to be explained in writing if possible.  Too many mismatches might result in losing your position as shift manager.

One Saturday, when we were slammed with a million customers, we had employees making mistakes.  One involved ringing up the order, but then hitting the "00"" key when they meant to use the "0" key when entering amount tendered.  They did that more than once, which created a $30 overage on the tape.  Instead of explaining a $30 overage that night, the manager put a piece of paper next to the register with the overage amount at the top.  As people sold ice cream or milk, the transaction was not entered into the register.  Instead, it was subtracted from the $30 overage and handled "off the books", taking cash and making change "manually".  Once the register had made up the $30 overage, we started using the register again.

I thought to myself, if this is how the manger does things just to avoid a mismatch at the end of the night (making herself look good to management), it makes no sense.  Then it hit me -- if she routinely does this WHEN SHE STEALS $20 here, $40 there, then she's able to cover up the cash shortage by not using the register every time she makes a sale.

UPDATE:  That manager and 2 other employees were fired the next year for stealing cash and product from the store.

This story demonstrates that the shortages happened, even if they could not be caught or explained.  The same people had access to the production records, too, so they could also change stock numbers to cover up missing product, too.  The process was weak, and therefore it was susceptible to being manipulated.

in these states, the same thing exists.  if the laws and rules are allowed to be manipulated or ignored, AND there are unexplained outcomes in the election results, it's logical to include FRAUD, TAMPERING and INCOMPETENCE in the list of POSSIBLE explanations.

If you can't rule fraud out, then you have to consider fraud as a potential reality.  Otherwise, you are eliminating a potential cause WITHOUT EVIDENCE.

the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.
Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man.
