Right to bare arms shall not be infringed
Thus the state of Second Amendment expertise here. Spelling aside, this is the person who gave a "like" to a post saying that giving up all his guns by government order is, in essence, "no biggie", because it's just "a hobby" anyway.

If mandatory confiscation doesn't count (you three guys would no doubt be in line at HPD before they open on the first day of "relinquishment"), it's hard to imagine what an actual "infringement" would look like.

 :stopjack:

Virtually all the government "mandates" are based on garbage speculation and mathematical models which have a horrendous record of being wrong. The best science (actual RCTs, etc.) contradicts virtually every edict except the possibility of becoming infected by spending more than 15 minutes within 6 feet of a known sufficient-for-infection-live-viral-load-infected person (i.e. NOT a person with merely a positive RT-PCR test result).

When was the last time you spent at least 15 minutes within 6 feet of any stranger in a retail shopping situation? That's right, never. But if you are infected and symptomatic, and prone to stalking people at WalMart or Target for long periods of time, by all means wear a mask to protect your victim (the mask won't work, but you'll feel good about yourself.)

Stick with the video a bit...his arguments regarding outdoor dining sound unsurprisingly similar to what 2A’s dealt with regarding AR ‘pistols’

For a while I swear he was talking about gov. ige.  Spot on when he talked about cowardice and lack of responsibility.

I laughed when he mentioned the gov. of new jersey "has got to be the stupidest person in this country and possibly the world".  I wish I could tell him sorry, that title has already been given to mazie hirono.

Everyone wrings their hands and wail when a person is infected and dies from the virus, whether it was from the virus itself or complications caused by the virus.

But nobody mentions that almost everyone that tests positive eventually recovers.  Ask josh green.  He knows.

Political, Not Medical, Science Drives the Lockdown Lemmings

The vicious lockdown cycle continues apace, as does the lockdown proponents’ anti-science sanctimonious hypocrisy.

Excerpt:

History ignobly records and rightly condemns those despots who tried to excuse their trampling of people’s rights by arguing: “I kept you safe.” Astoundingly, such despots are often enabled and, indeed, applauded by those they oppress.

In the wake of regressive governors attempting to abort Thanksgiving celebrations (and the entire holiday season), the bitter lessons of history are repeating.

The political paradigm the Left crafted to destroy President Trump was that he had done little to “stop the virus”; and, ergo, his inaction had killed over 200,000 Americans. This narrative was included with and undergirded by the pandemic porn peddled for ratings and profits by the elitist media.

The result? Much of the public was frightened into believing COVID-19 would kill them. And much of the political class was scared witless the virus would kill their careers. The unfortunate confluence of these circumstances was the lockdowns.

The logic became as circular as it was cynical: the politicians needed to look like they were doing something—anything—to “keep people safe.” The public needed the faux hope the politicians were doing something—anything—to “keep people safe.” Thus, though first announced as a two-week expedient to “flatten the curve,” the first wave of lockdowns, including mask mandates, persisted; and, now, the current recrudescence of lockdowns.

I am curious,  if someone for some reason offered you 10k to be in a medical study where they infect you with covid would you do it?   Or attend a covid party without a mask.

If someone gave you 10k to go burn down a random small business and destroy the lives of the family who built it, would you take the money or just do it for free?

So many things wrong with this post.

Study?  or Clinical Trial?  You know the difference?

If someone wanted to actually treat me for the virus right after I test positive, I'd take the $10K in a heartbeat.  Trump's 74 and just a tad overweight.  I think I could survive if he did, given similar treatment and monitoring.

One thing you don't seem to factor into your rants: the earlier the virus is detected and treatment administered, the more likely the symptoms will be mild.  Therefore, in your hypothetical study, trial or whatever, the treatment would begin sooner than in many normal cases.  That changes the usefulness of the entire study/trial.

Great article, thanks!

It is too bad the science community has been taken over and is being run and funded by political hacks. It is even sadder that that they try and use science as a political tool as an end to their means. But the saddest of all are all the people that believe them and their fake science. They worship science as a religion. They try and shut people up with an opposing viewpoint because the science is settled. Useful idiots is what they are. And it is these people that are helping to bring down this country. They are just too stupid to realize it.

Think about where the science communities get their funding for research.

Universities like and rely on big companies like Google and a lot of foundations because they give them grant money for research.

So there will be a bias.

If I recall correctly, I "liked" the part where he said 2a isn't everything in the world. Not the part about confiscation.  Legally speaking I shouldn't voice my opinion on a public forum on my view of mandatory confiscation.  But I can tell you its not what you think.

Riddle me this, if its SOO hard to infect people, why are there so many infections?  Is it all extended families spreading it and coworkers?

Study not clinical trial, no treatment provided because its just a small flu right?   You get over it naturally like 99.* % of people.  The question main goal is to check for hypocrisy.  But if you want a real scenario, its a study in a closed environment to see the infection rate and progression of covid.

How do I know which people are willing participants in the Covid Cult? They are the ones sucking up to the science religion. They are the ones that naively blame COVID-19 for losing their job, for losing their business, for not being able to go to the bar or the gym. They are the ones that are trying and shut someone up by saying we the people have a responsibility to not go out, or that we have to wear masks or both because we are responsible for infecting others. None of this is true of course. What is true is that COVID-19 has not caused any of what I mentioned above. People have caused the loss of job. People have caused one to not have the ability to go to the bar or the gym. People have caused the loss of small and large businesses. Not the virus. It is how we are reacting to the virus that has caused all this. And it is the fear of this virus that the main stream media is making worse by their constant and rhetorical fear mongering that have brainwashed people to look on the wrong side of things. How can one truly blame a virus when your governor locked you down? How can you blame the virus for not being able to go to the bar or gym when your politicians are the ones that shut them down? How can you blame one another for infecting you when you made the conscious decision to go out and take that risk. People need to start taking responsibilities for themselves and quit trying to blame others for their own decisions. If you want to go out and risk getting infected, go. If you want to stay in and reduce the risk and quarantine the rest of your life, go right ahead. That is true freedom. What is not true freedom is allowing your politicians to control your movements and your decisions in your life. Wear a mask if you so choose. Don’t wear one if you choose. That is real freedom.

I can’t speak for the rest of you. But I can speak for myself. And I choose freedom. And I choose to live my life on my terms. Not someone else’s. I choose not to wear a mask when I choose not to and I choose to wear a mask when I do. I choose to go out and live my life the way I want. I won’t allow any politician or Mask Karen to try and tell me I am responsible for others. I am not. I am only responsible for myself. And I choose to live.
