As of now, I can't answer that.

Unlike some Hawaiians claiming to be King or Head-of-State, I am a firm believer of a republic form of government.  Hence, I would be, as dictatorial to anoint a constitution and bill of rights made legal by self-proclamation.

There are still a great number of Hawaiians and locals that need to be brought-up to speed with what is going on.  On this forum alone, you very well know that there are those that still have not come to grips that the America they knew, which was subverted a long time ago, has finally made its grand opening announcement that it is an official empire, with the blatant overthrow, of the would-be legally elected Donald Trump, orchestrated by the power okole.

Unfortunately, this process is a very slow and tedious one that can't be rushed prematurely.  Similar to the galvanization of Hawaiians, for the inconsequential TMT, the galvanization of American patriots this past January 6th does reaffirm that the fire is there and needs to grow.  Hence, as hard as it is to swallow, patience and surviving the current injustices are the words for now.  Anything done in haste, at this moment in time, would be folly.

The last time we did an amnesty deal, it was supposed to be in conjunction with a new border wall, better enforcement and deportations, and whatever else could be done to prevent another need for amnesty.

I guess you ARE for punishing all the foreigners who did it right and legally, though.  They were all suckers for coming in through the front door, waiting their turn, paying their costs, taking the classes and being admitted properly.  All they really had to do was sneak in and avoid deportation until they had kids who qualify for DACA.

Irrelevant. We have DACA kids here who are basically American and may not speak any language of their place of birth and may not have any connections but we are supposed to send them back?

DACA and anchor babies are two separate issues. Anchor babies are citizens, we can't deport them, they are not part of DACA.

Plus the DACA program was to get these people a legal immigrant status. It wasn't some blanket pardon. It was like a plea deal in court, a DAG (deferred acceptance of guilt) where the criminal completes a set of requirements and at the end their record is cleared. You suggestion that they apply just like everyone else doesn't even work. If someone is in the USA illegally and they want to apply for a green card they have to leave the country, apply, and wait for the decision. If they were here for more than 180 days they may be barred from a green card for up to 10 years. That simply isn't a realistic solution to the problem.

XO to under trans ban in military. With trumps xo, a person must serve as their biological gender and cant receive any gender reassessment treatment.

The issue isn't the innocent people.  It's the future.  You don't negotiate with terrorists threatening innocent people because if you do, then it will never end.  More terrorists will threaten more people.    More innocents will get hurt long term.  Same with dreamers.  Give them all citizenship and the next batch of illegals will do the same thing.  Sometimes you need to sacrifice some to end the cycle. If not more people will get hurt long term.
