Here is the big question, will law makers pass a law that anyone on a watch list cannot own a gun?  Just some background about being on the FBI watch list, many times the person doesn't know they're on it.  And since no crime has been committed, there is no court hearing.  Similar to the TSA no fly list, no one knows if they're on it or not until they're at the airport.

This is what happens when they use mass shooting and active shooting as the same, so they can keep the narrative of thousands of "mass shootings" happen in the US annually.

Mass shooting is defined as involving 4 or more people.  So the gunman is 1 person. Then if 3 guys are hanging at the corner of a drug block and a drive by happens, that would meet the mass shooting definition.

Because the "solutions" were not meant to fix any specific problems.

If you read her response closely, you'll see that Obama issued 23 Executive Actions.  Those are not Executive Orders.

No true SBR is legal in HI. We have a definition in the HRS that states what an "assault pistol" is.  And NFA's not allowed either.
