The Sykap family claims they've been threatened by officers and passersby at the site of the shooting where a curbside memorial stands. The family just wants to mourn in peace.

"People passing by Kalakaua Avenue throwing us bottles. Throwing words, hurtful words," said Siwinina Sykap, who adds that her family is constantly harassed for criticizing police and speaking out about the death of her brother.

"I'm emotionally and physically drained that this system is so corrupted. You guys still label my brother as a thief. Do you guys have evidence that he stole that car? Do you guys have evidence that he was really robbing people?" she said.

I'd like to see a civil suit from the real victims against the family for robbing them and invading their homes.
